GUNNEDAH RURAL HEALTH CENTRE

A Future For Rural Health

The proposed Gunnedah Rural Health Centre is an innovative one-stop approach to rural health. The centre is to be built in the Gunnedah Hospital grounds and will be run by a nine member board of local medical, allied health, business and community members.

The centre will provide multi-faceted health and allied care services under one roof. It will also play a key role in tertiary education of rural medical and allied students. The aim is to ensure the future of health in our community by attracting and retaining quality health professionals.
