Appointments can be made by phone from 8.00am to 5pm on weekdays. Online booking is available here
The Centre offers a range of appointment types to suit your needs. Be sure to advise our receptionists which appointment type you require.
- Script/INR Appointments - These are brief appointments and are to provide repeat prescriptions for your regular medications only.
- Book on the day Appointments - These are shorter appointments, designed to cater for single conditions which can be addressed in a short period on time. Therefore if you have number of medical problems or more than one problem you will need to book either standard or long appointment.
- Standard Appointment - These are routine appointments for routine care and complexity of problem. These appointments are usually 15 mins long.
- Long Appointments - These appointments are for if you know you have a more complex problem, if you have a number of problems or if you have to have a medical (eg employment, workers compensation, skin excision etc) needing completion.
Cancellation of Appointments

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment - nil charge will be incurred.
Please settle your account after each visit to your doctor or allied health professional. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS. Our standard consultation fee is $70. Please note that there may be extra charges for procedures and tests. Please ask our staff about this.
If you are the holder of a DVA, aged, disability, Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islanders or single parent pension you will be bulk billed. If you are a holder of a health care card, you will be charged at the discretion of the doctor. Please show the reception staff your card (if applicable) to ensure you are bulk billed.
Consideration is given to patients experiencing financial difficulties. We believe that financial status should not limit access to quality medical care. Please discuss your situation with your doctor or one of our Managers.
No Show Fees
No show patients are those patients who do not present to their appointment and who do not give notice to the Centre 24 hours before their appointment.
No show will incur a fee.
All our doctors try to run to time.
Unfortunately, it is the nature of general practice that it is not possible to predict how much time each patient will required. This is why it is critical that you make the right kind of appointment. The doctors of this Centre are also frequently requested to see urgent cases. We ask for your patience should you be delayed. You may consider calling us close to your appointment to check if your doctor is running on time.
The Centre uses a recall system for certain conditions. From time to time, you may receive a letter or phone call requesting that you make an appointment for a follow-up. These are used for such conditions as diabetes, heart disease, management of abnormal or forgotten pap smears and over due vaccinations.
There is an under-cover set down/pick up area at the front of the Centre with level ground and no steps to enter the Centre. All our consulting rooms are designed with wheelchair access in mind as well as the Cafe. A disabled toilet is available . Guide dogs are welcome.
The centre provides an undercover drop off and pick up point, dedicated disabled car parks and extensive parking at the front and back for patients and staff to utilise. There is also a dedicated ambulance bay at the rear of the treatment wing.
